Acting as the central project manager for the training operations organization, you’ll collaborate closely with both in-person and virtual training teams to deliver high-impact onboarding experiences, optimize processes, and ensure measurable results. Your responsibilities include managing the build and enhancement of a complex suite of program offerings, driving process design and improvement, and applying Kirkpatrick Level 3 and 4 evaluation to measure effectiveness.
