Museum of Fine Arts, Houston Responsibilities: The Benefit Specialist (BS) is an integral part of the Human Resources department that supports employees at the Museum’s Main Campus as well as our two-house museums, Bayou Bend and Rienzi. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert and administrator for the Museum’s benefits program which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, leaves of absences, and retirements. This position will serve as one of our main points of contact with the benefit carriers and brokers.
