Conagra Brands Reporting to the Manager Plant Human Resources, you will support the Fort Madison, Iowa manufacturing plant through employee relations, investigations, labor relations support, staffing activities, payroll coordination, time and attendance tracking, leave of absence management, and leadership coaching, while growing your Human Resources expertise. This role is onsite at our manufacturing facility. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Support employee relations topics, workplace concerns, and coaching needs. Assist with investigations and partner with leaders on policy application. Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate time and attendance records. Manage leave of absence tracking and communication. Support hourly staffing, onboarding, and development activities. Help deliver Human Resources metrics and routine reporting.
