We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and passing on fantastic potential employees to hiring managers. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. This position operates on a hybrid schedule, with employees working remotely and reporting to the Washington, DC office once per week.
This individual will work to build pipelines with two of our large Commercial Real estate divisions to have a bench to utilize when new roles become available. Responsibilities
