Mountain Park Health Center The Privileging Team Lead is a functional subject matter expert for the Mountain Parks Privileging processes. The Privileging processes and applications include CredentialStream, Kronos (HR System), as well as various sites, organizations, and resources. This role will develop new and innovative ways to automate Privileging functions, processes, data analytics, and reporting needs to gain efficiencies while maintaining compliance with HRSA, The Joint Commission, and other governmental requirements both Federal and State. This is a lead position responsible for the supervision of Privileging Coordinator and the Privileging Systems Coordinator providing process support, analysis of data, communication, and coordination with End Users and key stakeholders.
