JOB DESCRIPTION A Day in the Life: The Learning Project Manager will manage the planning, development, implementation, and measurement of training programs globally. The Manager will establish and execute strategic and tactical activities related to company-wide training programs. This role is responsible for analysis and post-training assessments to link training facilitation and curriculum effectiveness to key performance indicators and processes to improve and maintain performance expectations. This role drives the effectiveness of our global training programs, directly supporting key business initiatives by accelerating new hire performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing employee engagement, and building critical skills across the organization.
