Conagra Brands Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will lead human resources, employee relations, and labor relations at our manufacturing plant producing Reddi Wip and table spreads in Indianapolis. You will oversee key HR functions including safety, labor relations, training, EEO/AAP, employee relations, and continuous improvement, while partnering closely with the plant leadership team and other stakeholders to plan, implement, and evaluate HR strategies.
