As a Sr. Employee Relations Advisor in manufacturing, you will: Conduct timely, thorough, and objective investigations into employee relations and compliance allegations, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, policy violations, and other potential HR or Compliance policy violations. Develop comprehensive investigation plans, including identifying key witnesses, gathering relevant documentation, and conducting interviews.
