The Case Manager for Gambling Disorder Services will provide case management and recovery support services to individuals with gambling disorder and co-occurring substance use and/or mental health disorders. The Case Manager will work collaboratively with the Gambling Disorder Clinician to coordinate care, provide referrals to community resources, and assist consumers in managing the social, financial, and legal consequences of gambling addiction. This role is integral to ensuring continuity of care and promoting successful recovery outcomes. Key Responsibilities Intake & Screening: Assist intake & gather consumer information about gambling disorder & COD issues.
