Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of residential homes, performing tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens/bathrooms. Operates equipment normally associated with, custodial, office and grounds maintenance to include: vacuums, buffers, power washers, lawn mowers, tractors, various maintenance tools, computers, etc. May insure all chemicals and cleaning agents are handled, mixed and stored complying with OSHA NFPA and “Right to Know” regulations. Replaces light bulbs and diffusers.
