The BCBA is a position that provides consultant and direct support to school community to behavioral intervention plans for students. . Coordinates all personnel-related matters concerning the Agency’s employees. Individual must maintain confidentiality of all subject matter as appropriate. Key Responsibilities: Initiates Workers Compensation claims, schedules employee treatment, clears any noted restrictions with employee’s supervisor, identifies acceptable alternate work locations, if necessary, addresses timecard for accuracy, follows through until resolution of claim Populates and maintains required OSHA reporting for Agency compliance Submits various garnishments to Payroll company to be applied to employee wages Executes employee transfers including payroll adjustments, confirmation letter, initiation/termination of benefits, generates and collects appropriate training materials.
