GENERAL DESCRIPTION Prepare cost proposals utilizing existing pricing models as well as new pricing models. Prepare documentation for the development of cost proposals and cost narratives as required. DUTIES Provide accurate pricing of proposals, small and large scale to include labor, materials, travel, subcontract costs, and other direct costs, ensuring they are complete and compliant with all customer requirements and schedules. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Project Finance Analyst IV (PFA) will ensure projects are accounted for in compliance with GAAP, government regulations, and company accounting/finance policies. The PFA IV will be the subject matter expert on all financial matters as it relates to projects' finances.
