GENERAL DECRIPTION Prepare cost proposals utilizing existing pricing models. Prepare documentation for the development of cost proposals and cost narratives as required. DUTIES Provide accurate pricing of proposals ensuring they are complete and compliant with all customer requirements and schedules. Work with Subject Matter Experts in the analysis of labor and material Basis of Estimates (BOEs). Develop and maintain pricing files in accordance with requirements. GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Project Finance Analyst III (PFA) will ensure projects are accounted for in compliance with GAAP, government regulations, and company accounting/finance policies. The PFA III will be the subject matter expert on all financial matters as it relates to projects' finances. The PFA will have significant interface with Accounting, Project Managers, Contract Management staff, Senior Technical Personnel, as well as other functional areas.
