Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems; address service requests, including hot/cold calls, plumbing issues, and lighting repairs. Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate issues as needed. Replace light fixtures, filters, and other components as required.
