What You Will Do: Handle all rebates received in the Quotes/Rebates Inbox and from reps and/or vendors, completes them within 24 hours Manage the rebate portion of the shared inbox and answer all calls pertaining to rebates Update all vendor rebates and validate customer’s contract pricing when changes are received Request rebate renewals, minimum of 30 days prior to their expiration date Strategically provide pricing to contracts based on the rebate received Request deviated cost and/or rebated pricing from vendors Report any changes to pricing to account managers and the contract team Create, maintain and renew rebated pricing Set-up new sales tracing Invoice...
