Southern Company Instructional Designer - Training Support Services WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE This position will fill multiple positions in the Birmingham, AL and/or Atlanta, GA area. The team currently has a hybrid work schedule requiring the individual(s) to be in the office four (4) days a week and one (1) day remote . Occasional adjustments may require additional in-office time based on business needs. This is subject to change at any given time at the company's discretion.
