JOB DESCRIPTION A Day in the Life: The Theft Recovery Agent is responsible for ensuring theft packages are processed accurately and rental agreements are closed in a timely manner. What You’ll Do: Review and resolve overdue rental files in a timely manner within established guidelines. Document contract and vehicle information within appropriate systems, including vehicle location(s), conversations, and research. Confirm stolen status with local authorities and review all applicable systems to create a theft package and generate demand letter when applicable. Ensure vehicles are placed in the proper hold code. Review pending theft packages and partner with Corporate Security when appropriate.
