Customer Account Specialist Job Description Summary Provide accurate and timely customer account support in a manufacturing and regulated environment. Responsible for order processing, shipping and inventory reporting, and customer communication to ensure accurate billing, shipments, and positive customer experience. Job Responsibilities Enter, maintain, and update customer orders and data in the ERP system (JD Edwards/Oracle preferred). Review daily production, receipt, and shipment documentation for accuracy.
