This position focuses on reducing loss to follow-up after newborn hearing screening, providing guidance to hospital screening programs, and supporting outcome monitoring efforts for the Texas Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (TEHDI) Program. This role requires critical thinking, resourcefulness, organizational skills, and a commitment to improving hearing health outcomes for newborns and families.
