Job Summary
The HR Manager has a strategic and hands-on role providing full cycle Human Resources support. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives and programs, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement throughout the company.
Essential functions of the role
Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to impact continuous improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
Directly supervise employees in the Human Resources department; carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
