Land O'Lakes Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) Job Summary The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant processing, facility, and support equipment. Location: Websterville, VT (Barre) Hours: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday; 5am - 1:30pm Pay: Starting at $31.42 per hour. Sign-on Bonus: You will receive a sign-on bonus of $500.00 after 30 days of employment. After six months of employment, you will receive a $750.00 bonus, and after one year of employment you'll receive your second payment of your bonus of $750.00.
