Museum of Fine Arts, Houston Responsibilities: Assists HVAC Mechanic Supervisor in providing adequate HVAC (heating, cooling, and plumbing) and maintaining equipment for the museum physical plants and other properties Completes preventative maintenance on various HVAC equipment and troubleshoots HVAC equipment on all museum properties Installs, replaces, or repairs fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, belts, gaskets and other equipment as necessary.
