Land O'Lakes Associate Maintenance Mechanic Pay: The starting rate for this position is $30.15 per hour; actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and certifications. Shift & Working Hours: 6 AM to 4 PM; Overtime as needed. In this role, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing maintenance of the facility and production equipment to ensure our plants can add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products.
