National Grid Hourly Pay Rate - $44.59 Location - Waltham Job Purpose The Permitting Aide develops drawings as necessary to support the acquisition of certain road opening permits for gas construction projects. Need for permit may be identified by engineering, sales, legal, project sponsors, construction support functions or other entities as needed. Performs work under supervision of management employee(s) responsible for managing and prioritizing the work required to generate permit requests. Key Accountabilities Generate drawings to obtain road opening permits for gas construction where Computer Aided Design (CAD) software is necessary for the level of detail required by permit agency. Permits include MASSDOT, Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR), and various city/town Grant of Location requests.
