  • The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for identifying and engaging homeless veterans in the community. Conducts initial screenings to determine eligibility for housing and support services, including verification of veteran status, income, and housing history. Collaborate with local shelters, VA offices, and outreach teams to ensure timely referrals and compassionate service delivery.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma and 4 years of experience.
  • Possess initiative and strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively and ensure confidentiality.
  • Administrative self-sufficiency including computer proficiency.
  • Possess a valid Florida driver’s license and safe driving record.

Hourly rate - $21.70
