The Program Supervisor SSVF (supportive services for Veteran Families), is responsible for:
- Ensure that the program operates in accordance with the existing contracts and agency policy.
- Supervisor ensures accountability of staff and manages growth opportunities.
- Recruit hire/onboard, coach, mentor and supervise direct care staff.
- Fulfill credentialing requirements per agency policy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's preferred or High School plus two years’ experience plus supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to recruit hire/onboard, coach, train, mentor, supervise and manage a program.
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record for use of company vehicles.
- Administrative self-sufficiency including intermediate knowledge of database programs and data entry.
- Pass Level II Background check
