- Our Florida Dream Center program is looking to fill a Food Pantry Mobilization Coordinator position. The Food Pantry Mobilization Coordinator is responsible for the daily transport of donated and prepared food items, building relationships with retail and community partners, and supporting the warehouse team with food handling, staging, and distribution.
- Support other Florida Dream Center programs as needed, including assisting staff during special events, community outreaches, or periods of increased operational demand. Provide flexible, hands-on support across departments when assigned to ensure continuity of services and alignment with FLDC’s mission.
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform routine loading and unloading.
- Must be available to participate in Adopt-a-Block outreach events on Saturdays as part of core program involvement.

Hourly rate of pay $21.00
Job Type: Full-time
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Experience driving vans or box trucks and handling food products preferred-FLDC will train on how to drive the large 16’ trucks.
- Able to operate a pallet jack and drive a forklift (or willing to train or certify).
Work Location: In person; travel required; Tuesday through Saturday work schedule.
