About this role This Admin Business Lead role is focused on providing high touch administrative and operational support to BlackRock's Head of Innovation & Transformation, helping manage workflow, communications, and priorities to enable the leader to operate effectively at scale. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily calendars for senior leaders, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
