Job Summary Coordinate and administer arrangements and logistics related to training programs. Provide administrative support to the Training department and new hire onboarding. Job Description Responsibilities: Enter and maintain course information in Medline's learning management system. Distribute pre-class assignments, ensure approvals, distribute invitations and reminders to participants. Ensure participants complete required pre- and post- class work and/or tests. Assist with training registration requests. Print class rosters. Track and maintain employee training records in system. Run regular and ad hoc reports from the system.
