SUMMARY The Supply Chain Analyst uses tools from DMAIC, PDCA, lean, and six sigma methodologies to identify problems and analyze possible solutions. Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Participate in supply chain projects within the value stream with consideration to the entire supply chain (plan, source, make, deliver) - Provides a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making. - Optimize supply planning parameters that align with business requirements for service and inventory, including coordination of services and material to match production demands. - Identifies supply chain problem areas and drives improvement in service, reduce cost, and increase inventory turns, Utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-Check Act, value stream mapping and A3 thinking. - Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors and team leads, logistics/warehouse...
