Job Description About This Role
The Regional Sales Director, reporting into the West Divisional General Manager, provides leadership and strategic direction to Territory Business Managers to achieve performance objectives within our Specialty Franchise with focus on Multiple Sclerosis. This is accomplished through strong leadership competencies, effective coaching, utilization of resources and strong collaboration with other divisions or disciplines within Biogen and external business partners. The Regional Sales Director will cover the Great Plains territory including Kansas City, St. Louis, Omaha, and Oklahoma. What You'll Do
