Job Description: The Role An Annuity New Business Specialist provides administrative support to phone and branch sales representatives and Fidelity customers with annuity applications and transactions. You will have full competency of product, system and procedure knowledge to process the business and provide superior support for our customers. The role includes data entry, paperwork processing as well as sales associate and client contact. The objectives include timely and accurate data entry and processing of annuity applications and developing and enhancing client relationships through extraordinary service.
