JOB DESCRIPTION The Social Media Specialist is a key member of the Digital Customer Care team. The Digital Customer Care team engages with customers across multiple social channels to drive a positive customer experience and promote brand loyalty. The Social Media Specialist acts as a key member of the team, actively monitoring social communities to address issues, ascertain various levels of issues and in our brand voice and tone. The starting salary is $19.23 per hour. What You’ll Do: Respond and resolve customer issues and provide a positive interactive experience across all Hertz brands on social channels. Maintain and improve upon current industry best response times during prime social hours. Engage with customers via Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and additional key customer care channels. Drive brand loyalty through positive social customer engagement.
