Biogen About This Role The Manager, Business Operations & Analytics - Development plays a critical role in enabling operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and technology enablement across Biogen's West Coast Hub (WCH). This role reports into the WCH Head of Strategy, Operations, and Excellence (SOE) for Development and is accountable for leading internal site governance, knowledge management, and informatics strategy, while also supporting portfolio-level analytics, program metrics, and ad hoc business requests from WCH Development leadership. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role does not have direct reports but has high visibility and influence across Development functions.
