The Executive Assistant role performs a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, compiling or preparing reports, booking travel, planning meetings, managing communications, supporting the Growth (Sales & Marketing) Executive Leadership team. The role facilitates the effectiveness of Aledade's Growth Executive Team through collaboration with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely within the US (with a strong preference for candidates located in Eastern time zones) .
