The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. The team actively partners across the enterprise with business lines, data and analytics, operations, and marketing to provide resources, support, and visibility that will help transform business models, products, and services. The Role The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enterprise Solutions group, part of the broader Innovation Group at Wells Fargo, was formed in early 2017 with the mandate to enable the enterprise to leverage the full capabilities of AI for delivering insightful and personalized experiences for customers and team members, driving greater operational efficiency, and better managing risk. We are seeking 3 artificial intelligence product managers supporting our enterprise data science capabilities and initiatives. We are expecting the product managers to be subject matter experts to help on project initiatives that leverage your platform. You would quarterback the efforts of all the other team members and partners as it pertains to your platform/product; you are ultimately responsible for it all. Need to be willing to act as an individual contributor for the foreseeable future; team is in early stages, this role has potential to grow in scope, however it's too early to predict with certainty. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics/Insights, or Digital Products/Program Management Desired Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders Outstanding problem solving skills Ability to manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies Experience developing and executing communication strategies by collaborating with large, matrixed teams Ability to influence management on technical or business solutions Ability to initiate action, make difficult decisions, and generate creative solutions Other Desired Qualifications Advanced Product Management skills with the ability to build relationships with internal business partners across large enterprise environment Hands on experience in at least 2 of the following technologies - Hadoop, Hive, MongoDB, H2O.ai, DataRobot, IBM Watson, AWS Machine Learning, Narrative Science, Quantium, Quantified, SPSS, Python, Jupyter Notebook, R, TensorFlow, Tableau. Experience with various AI disciplines such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing Previous Agile experience with prior experience serving as an Agile Product Owner is preferred Prior work with vendors, or open-source platforms Excellent communicator, skilled in giving presentations Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing various features and capabilities affecting internal users Ability to focus on persona design while identifying the appropriate user audience Experience creating and managing core personas and their customer journeys Demonstrated ability to manage product backlog Experience Monitoring product related performance and usage KPIs, and identifies opportunities for improving the user experience. Previous experience managing capability roadmaps Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work in a start-up environment while understanding the nuances of a large matrixed enterprise Personal Attributes: Beyond experience, the right personal integrity, style and attitude are critical to success in this role.
