The Junior Solutions Analyst (Policy and Organizational) will assist business process improvement, program management, and meetings in support of an Integration Office. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Work closely with experienced analysts or project leaders to design, document, implement, and socialize the governance structure, processes, and workflows related to policy development Research, track, and analyze policy issues, proposals, and legislative provisions Provide meeting support, including meeting planning, material development (for example, process agendas and read aheads), printing, facilitation, and notetaking Assist project tracking by updating action item trackers, dashboards, and other project tools Collect, review, and aggregate data into spreadsheets Perform basic data analysis to support reporting and decision making Support stakeholder analysis and engagement Develop external-facing communication products, including but not limited to email messages, fact sheets, white papers, and reports Assist development of presentations and talking points for leadership briefings to the Administration and Congress Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and routine communications to meet the needs of program stakeholders and support decision making Work with other team members to develop a SharePoint strategy, training, documentation, and communication, as needed Job Requirements: Must be US Citizen and Clearable Education: BA/BS degree in a related field required Skills: An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills Strong analytical, people, and communication skills Experience with SharePoint is a plus Experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio are required Experience: Requires a minimum of 4 years' experience CLICK ON LINK BELOW TO BE DIRECTED TO OUR WEBSITE FOR YOUR APPLICATION PROCESS: http://www.sreinc.us/careers.php?gh_jid=1093448 SRE, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, veteran status, sexual orientation, or marital status.
