Overview:
JOB SUMMARY: The Proposal Manager assembles and directs the proposal team, providing both strategic leadership and management to develop and implement winning competitive proposal strategies. The Proposal Manager is responsible and accountable for the day-to-day management of the entire proposal effort, prioritization, meet timelines, customer specifications, and business team requirements, leadership to develop a compliant and compelling proposal.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Read and interpret solicitation documents (RFP/RFQ/RFI) producing an analysis of the client requirements. Develop an outline and compliance matrix, or otherwise summarize solicitation requirements.
