Perform on site inventory of damaged items in a home or business due to a fire or water claim. 

We are looking to hire a responsible driver who will work 30-40 hours per week, visiting the properties we manage.  A property visit consists of getting out of the car, walking around the property and taking pictures of specific areas, and reporting to our office any issues that need prompt attention (repairs, cleaning, security, trip hazards). We are offering pay of $20 per hour + California mileage reimbursement of 56 Cents per mile. We are a property management company established in 1991.
