Location: West Chester, PA Job Description: We are a Wholesale Distributor of Plastic Pipe, Valves & Fittings across a variety of markets. We are currently seeking the right person to fill this position as the Warehouse Sales Counter Associate. This job would include managing the warehouse, the sales counter, entering orders into the computer and picking orders. This person would also be loading customer vehicles with material. This position is Monday through Friday, 7AM-4PM. Below are some qualifications and more job responsibilities. · Knowledge of the Pipe Industry · Must be able to lift 50 lbs · Must possess good communication skills and be customer friendly/oriented · Must be self-motivated and trustworthy · Customer satisfaction is key · Work with computers efficiently · Maintain a safe working environment · Have orders pulled and ready for pickup or delivery · Ensure material coming in is checked in properly and put away in timely matter

The main goal of the Traveling Special Projects Manager is to transition a recently acquired self storage facility to our operating systems and on-site processes.  In addition to onboarding new facilities, the position requires travel to previously acquired locations to help facilitate basic property improvement projects.  This position reports directly to the Director of Property Management.  Base location is flexible but preferable to be in the southeastern US due to driving proximity to most of our properties.  Travel will take place approximately 2-3 weeks/month.  Vehicle and travel stipend also will be added.
