12 Rifles services the automotive wholesale remarketing industry.  We provide a Vehicle Condition Report (CR) to Automotive Retail Dealers prior to the vehicle being posted (for sale) on wholesale remarketing sites (Dealer to Dealer). The Dealer relies on us to verify equipment, photograph the vehicle in its present condition, document damage thus providing a verifiable “true” vehicle condition disclosure.  Other than obvious major mechanical issues, i.e. does not run, windows are non-functioning, we do not provide mechanical inspections. A CR Writer will travel to assigned Dealers, obtain vehicle list, perform inspections and maintain a good working relationship with their assigned Dealers. A typical day will include arriving at the assigned store, checking in with the pre-determined point of contact, obtaining the vehicle list, checking out vehicle keys and inspecting the vehicles on the lot.  Key to our success, we do our job without disturbing the Dealership’s daily business. 12 Rifles services the automotive wholesale remarketing industry.  We provide a Vehicle Condition Report (CR) to Automotive Retail Dealers prior to the vehicle being posted (for sale) on wholesale remarketing sites (Dealer to Dealer). The Dealer relies on us to verify equipment, photograph the vehicle in its present condition, document damage thus providing a verifiable “true” vehicle condition disclosure.  Other than obvious major mechanical issues, i.e. does not run, windows are non-functioning, we do not provide mechanical inspections. A CR Writer will travel to assigned Dealers, obtain vehicle list, perform inspections and maintain a good working relationship with their assigned Dealers. A typical day will include arriving at the assigned store, checking in with the pre-determined point of contact, obtaining the vehicle list, checking out vehicle keys and inspecting the vehicles on the lot.  Key to our success, we do our job without disturbing the Dealership’s daily business.

Core Essential Functions: * Drive in a safe, competent manner a non-air-conditioned trolley that is over 10,000 pounds in weight and is 27 feet to 40 feet in length on busy public streets while entertaining guests by narrating a scripted sightseeing tour, up to 4 to 5 times daily of approximately 1 1/2 hours each in duration. * Follow all company safety directives, Department of Transportation (DOT) and local and state laws/regulations, while also maintaining radio contact with dispatch during tours. * Meet and deal with the general public in a prompt and courteous manner and assist all patrons with boarding/exiting the trolley. * Perform an interior and exterior physical inspection of the vehicle daily and accurately complete the departmental documents/forms for inspection. * Keep inside of trolley clean of litter and clean all windows as needed through out the day. At the end of shift close windows or eisenglass, clean vehicle of all trash and take lost items to lost and found. Don't currently have a CDL? It's ok! PROJECT ORGANIZATION AND TRACKING  Distribute and maintain current drawings, specifications, and product data with changes and clarifications.  Responsible for subcontractor performance.  Adhere and enforce company policies and procedures.  Maintain personal project log.  Maintain master list with materials, submittals, RFI, & to-do list.  Responsible for getting materials released to jobsite.  Ensure weekly updates for material tracking.  Adhere to the contract documents.  Project documentation - (i.e. delays, back charges, claims).  Coordinate submittals by other trades. PROJECT CLOSEOUT  Candidate is responsible for preparation of O & M manuals.  Review and submission of as-built drawings.  Prepare warranty documents.  Track punch list and ensure items are complete.  Ensure job site files and office files are consolidated.  Ensure all spare parts are turned over and signed, "received."
