Your role at MSTxs will be to seek new business opportunities in the hospital system. By contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns, meetings and sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. Responsibilities: · Qualify leads from hospitals as equipment opportunities and future contracts · Contact potential clients through Phone calls and emails · Present our company as if you owned it to all potential clients · Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services to maximize the outcome · Provide the ability to handle solutions while OTR to increase customer satisfaction · Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and potential · Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and surrounding · Set up appointments with hospitals that were visited prior. Or conference calls with the point of contact that was gained in prior visit. · Report to the office daily 10 of 10 recap to discuss visit results of prior and present day etc. · Stay up-to-date with new facilities, merges and closers. Requirements: · This is a traveling position and requires your vehicle with proof of insurance. Unless instructed to perform pickups that require company supplied vehicle. · Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar type role · Hands-on experience with multiple techniques that you will be called upon for equipment pickups in the future. · To maintain achieving equipment quotas and contracts · Experience with computer software and programs (Salesforce) · Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) · Understanding of sales performance metrics · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Ability to deliver engaging presentations by closing the deal About MSTxs We purchase, consign, restore, sell & relocate, hospital equipment all over the world!
