Major Duties / Responsibilities: Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document all information Respond to any issues in a timely manner and follow-up by coordinating with appropriate departments and/or customers Communicate to fleet truck drivers pickups, deliveries and routes Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize daily schedule Maintain contact with all drivers throughout their scheduled shifts to monitor their progress and to troubleshoot any problems that may arise Familiarity with the tristate region (WV, OH, PA) Relay information to customers to keep them informed of delivery dates, time estimates or issues Ensure proper fuel pricing is being updated daily Ensure all drivers are completing and returning the correct and accurate paperwork and meter tickets *All other duties as assigned
