POSITION DETAILS
The program director will be responsible for the administrative fiscal and clinical oversight of the LTSR (long term structured residence) program. They are responsible for day-to-day operations, including scheduling and programming for the LTSR. Additional responsibilities include coordination of the treatment planning process and program relations with other individuals and agencies involved in the support and recovery of the individual consumer.
Responsibilities
Authority to hire or fire other employees or whose suggestions and recommendations as to hiring, firing, advancement, promotion or other change of status of other employees are given particular weight.
Ability to work with other departments within the agency to meet individual needs
Assure development of client service plans and treatment plans within specified time frames and guideline set forth through regulatory requirements.
Attainment of established financial goals
Attend all required meetings inside and outside the agency
Collection and interpretation of statistical information to monitor program trends and performance which includes collaboration with the NHS quality improvement department.
Develop programs and proposals to expand services
Direct, manage, maintain, and monitor clinical services
Ensure adherence and compliance to program best practices, NHS policies, and outside agencies
Ensure compliance to state, local, federal, and contract requirements as well as requirements from payers.
Evaluation and review of activities and program goals
Facilitate ongoing assessment, evaluation, and planning of programs
Identify opportunities for growth, development and improvement within programs and between other service lines that enhance the coordination of service delivery
Implement program procedures and practices that incorporate sound clinical practices and comply with laws, regulations, and prevailing standards of care
Interfacing with clinical staff, consumers and consumers' families, other programs, and outside agencies

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in psychology or related human service field
Valid Driver's License required
All Clearances required by OMHSAS
Two years experience paid and unpaid in a related field, knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles and recovery driven service system behavioral health, forensic, sexual offending behaviors or residential services.
