This position will work closely with E-Commerce EVP, Directors, Channel Managers and vendors. The person will be responsible for web maintenance, digital marketing, data management, brand consistency and user experience for company properties. They will drive innovation thru new ways of content marketing by improving on page content. Assist / oversee creating, writing, publishing relevant and timely content or special offers of products, marketing strategies and services. Deliver information and drive campaigns across marketing channels while ensuring corporate brand standards are met. This individual is an expert in all things related to website and channel optimization, brand consistency, website testing strategy, and maintains up-to-date on SEO, social, and web content best practices. The individual must display strong communication skills across all levels of the organization. Success of the position is measured in profitable sales growth as well as the professional development of the team. Day-to-Day Lead the direction of web development & maintenance, digital marketing, data management, brand consistency and user experience for select company properties. Lead team of Content Managers and develop their abilities Establish new initiatives to increase conversion on site Create, implement and analyze the success of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Manage and direct; promotional calendar, new product set-up, image optimization, pricing updates, source code changes, and day-to-day content maintenance and updates. Expand e-commerce product databases and create valuable content for blogs, articles, resource center and other customer outreach channels Continually verify website(s) content for clarity, spelling, and grammar meet corporate expectations Using the Internet to conduct research on manufacturers and products Apply Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and its application in content writing; applying those principles to new content; staying up to date on the latest SEO practices and news Liaison between departments, communicating our vision and recommendations to a range of internal and external stakeholders. Analyze site data and user behavior using Google Analytics to find new ways to increase conversion, brand awareness, and ROI. Communicate and work with internal and external web programmers to improve website functionality, troubleshoot problems and enhanced customer experience. Develop, review and continuously improve how we test and measure web content driving improved conversion rates Keeps stakeholders informed by compiling, analyzing, and reporting marketing results; forwarding plan projections and updates Essential Competencies You are a metrics-focused digital marketer with exceptional communication, strategy, and execution skills. Ability to manage and execute large projects; meet tight deadlines on short notice, and multi-task Possess strong writing and editing skills and understand appropriate grammar, spelling and punctuation rules Must have digital art direction experience Highly analytical, experience managing sales and margin goals SQL experience nice to have but not required #IND123
