Job Responsibilities: • Provide instruction in aviation maintenance technology to students in compliance with FAA, State and regulatory body requirements • Demonstrate proper safety procedures • See that equipment and/or labs are properly maintained • Establish and maintain academic and attendance records • Submit attendance, grades, student evaluation, and all other required documentation and reports per established procedures • Maintain a neat and orderly classroom or lab • Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with class participants • Work as a team member with all other instructors  

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPYING: * Must have experience with Power-washing and Soft-Washing companies. * Must be willing to travel extensively (60% of job). *Must not have violent crime charge or with a minor. *Must have some knowledge of repair and service of small engines. *Must be able to show experience before hiring *Must be able to lead crews with positive reinforcement and respect Salary: $1,250 weekly + potential bonus
