We are looking to hire a responsible driver who will work 30-40 hours per week, visiting the properties we manage.  A property visit consists of getting out of the car, walking around the property and taking pictures of specific areas, and reporting to our office any issues that need prompt attention (repairs, cleaning, security, trip hazards). We are offering pay of $20 per hour + California mileage reimbursement of 56 Cents per mile. We are a property management company established in 1991. The main goal of the Traveling Special Projects Manager is to transition a recently acquired self storage facility to our operating systems and on-site processes.  In addition to onboarding new facilities, the position requires travel to previously acquired locations to help facilitate basic property improvement projects.  This position reports directly to the Director of Property Management.  Base location is flexible but preferable to be in the southeastern US due to driving proximity to most of our properties.  Travel will take place approximately 2-3 weeks/month.  Vehicle and travel stipend also will be added.
