ENERCON has opening for a Drafter/Designer to support Wolf Creek Nuclear Plant.  This will be a temporary position expected to last 6+ months. In this role, your Key Responsibilities will include: Prepare accurate layout and detail drawings of parts, assemblies, and related items Confer with engineers and other drafters for design concept interpretation Work directly with Engineering to interpret drawing markups for development or revision of the product Modify and revises designs  as necessary to correct deficiencies Understand and follow all organizational, area/departmental, and client procedures, safety policies, and directives Conduct self-checks of created drawings, sketches, and related data to proactively identify factors that may negatively affect final product Support engineers with any changes to drawings Meet applied time goals set for position/discipline As a qualified candidate, you will have the above experience and meet the below requirements: Must be proficient with AutoCad and MicroStation 8+ Years of experience as an Electrical or Mechanical Drafter/Designer supporting projects.  Experience at Wolf Creek preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Thorough attention to detail of spelling/grammar, clarity, and organization Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings; ENERCON and client specific background checks; and an annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to company and client policies We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position.
