Qualified individuals must possess an understanding of the engineering life cycle as the system progresses. Must be able to create and modify detailed models and drawings using industry standard AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Fusion modeling software. Other electrical and printed circuit board (PCB) design software equivalencies are acceptable. Ability to understand schematics, generate interconnect diagrams and troubleshoot hardware. Basic understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes. Check designs and drawings for form, fit and function as well as clarity, completeness and conformity to drafting standards. Interpret and apply a detailed bill of material (BOM) and design change notice to verify components of a detailed design. Assign and properly record simple part numbers in accordance with DoD standards. Operate computer systems to create and manage task, project and process documentation in accordance with company policy to meet project requirements for data acquisition, task result recording, project status reporting and BOM review. Manage electronic communications, assigned task and project schedules and project and process documentation in accordance with company policy. Provide regular verbal and written reports summarizing project activity, conditions, procedures, results, conclusions and recommendations to project leaders. Applicants selected for this position at a minimum will require an active DoD Secret clearance and background screening. Job Scope As the Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you will support the performance of a Leslie's store to ensure that it is meeting or exceeding customer service standards, sales plans, profitability, operating procedures, and all merchandising objectives. You will also learn best practices to train and develop your team and set the expectation of providing excellent customer service as you lead by example. Day-to-Day You will have on the job training with the Store Manager to learn overall expectations and procedures of store operations, sales plans, profit margins, payroll, and all controllable expenses. (P&L) You will assist by conducting water analysis and mechanical repairs You will aim to increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts You will ensure that the team is following all safety protocols You will assist in identifying new talent to join the team You will strive to maintain a welcoming store environment You will assist with merchandising and inventory control You will have opening and closing store responsibilities that may include the delivery of daily bank deposits You have a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) You are a minimum twenty years of age You have a minimum one year of retail experience You have experience in managing/leading a team You have excellent communication skills and are proficient with computers You have the ability to lift 50 lbs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (additional responsibilities may be assigned)  Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell the organization's products within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet sales targets. Pursue sales leads, personally visits existing and new customers, assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services, prepares price quotations, delivery dates and service obligations to meet established revenue targets. Develop sales skills and knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customers by working closely with a more experienced sales representative. Familiarizes existing and new customers with new products and market developments. May troubleshoot and handle customer related inquiries. Keeps information on competitive products, promotional matters, sales techniques, pricing and marketing policies. Informs company of competitive activity and conditions that would affect company interests. Job duties include working nights and weekends on promotional activities and other account activities.
