ERPi is currently searching for a full-time Management the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Multi-Channel Technologies (MCT), working under the Veterans Experience Office, transforming its ability to serve Veterans through modernized VA Contact Center CRM and telephony systems. This role contributes to improving the VA employees and Veteran’s lives and working towards a larger mission. Responsibilities The ideal Management Analyst will perform tasks that support the required delivery of analysis and advice to management regarding a diverse set of project, program and operation needs. Support the day to day operations of the MCT team, serving as an analytical resource working closely with MCT PMO Routine activities include tracking/monitoring and frequent status updates and advisories on task/project accomplishment, meeting minutes, suspense tracking, and the preparation/delivery of high quality, senior executive-level decision support tools and professionally written staff products in a wide variety of forms (e.g., memorandum, executive summaries, information papers, fact sheets, etc.) that convey information and articulate/represent client positions. Conduct organizational studies that specifically assess and analyze current (as-is) organization states and management systems Perform gap analyses of the differences between current (as-is) and targeted (to-be) states Document and deliver findings and recommendations Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other accepted techniques for data collection in support of organizational studies that specifically assess and analyze current organization states and management systems Gather and organize information about the problem to be solved or the procedure to be improved Interview personnel and conduct onsite observations to determine the methods, tools, systems and personnel that will be needed REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree Required Minimum of 4 years of experience Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills Good team player, able to manage multiple assignments, and adapt to changing client needs Ability to multi-task with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment Ability to synthesize and analyze multiple views and data sets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organization and prioritization skills Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, results-driven environment Ability to obtain a Top Secret-level clearance DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Understanding of Software Development Life-cycle (SDLC) Understanding of Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Project Management Institute (PMI) best practices Business Process Engineering experience Experience with training and change management Experience working with DoD, VA and/or other federal agencies is a plus Possession of excellent critical thinking, leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills CLEARANCE: Public Trust Please click on link below to be directed to our website for your application process: https://careers-erpi.icims.com/jobs/2229/management-analyst/job About ERPi Enterprise Resource Performance Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business, is a professional services management ﬁrm that delivers strategic, advisory, technological, and implementation support services to Federal Agencies.
